Phase 2 created the category of natural carb control worldwide. Phase 2® is a proprietary all-natural ingredient, a non-stimulant extract of the white kidney bean, and has been clinically shown to reduce the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates by up to 66%.
It is the first carbohydrate ‘blocker’ that is clinically proven in over a dozen completed and published clinical trials to delay the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates. This in turn, reduces the caloric impact of starchy foods, and also lowers the glucose response and glycemic index.
